Responsible to ensure execution of production operations as per SOP.
Responsible to ensure that personnel's involved in the production section follow the safety norms while handling the production process.
Responsible to ensure that the production records are maintained and recorded at the time of performance.
Responsible to ensure the Maintenance of the equipment, facility and system are adequate and coordinate with Maintenance department for plant Maintenance.
Responsible to coordinate with Quality control, Quality Assurance & Warehouse departments to achieve best quality of the products
Responsible to ensure the appropriate process validations and calibrations of control equipment are performed and recorded and reports made are available.
Responsible to ensure the time cycle of all stages of production.
To prepare SOP related to production department.
Responsible to ensure complete cleanliness of Production area as per SOP.
Responsible to operate on ERP system for production function.
Responsible for impart relevant trainings to the subordinates as and when required.
Responsible to ensure that all production related non conformities have been resolved as per procedure if necessary investigation to be carried out to find out the root causes and CAPA to be taken.
Responsible to assign job allocation to the subordinates as per production planning.
Responsible to ensure that safety norms and precautions are followed by all production personal.
To co-ordinate for internal GMP activities.
To make sure that all production deviations are reported and evaluated and that critical deviations are investigated and the conclusions are recorded.
To ensure that Validation protocols and reports are reviewed and approved.
In addition to above he can be assigned to look after the activities belonging to his own department under the same group of different unit / organization as per instruction of management on the demand of situation.
In absence of Asst. Manager/ Executive will be responsible to conduct job as per requirement and play the role of designee.
