    Spasht Drashti 2.0
    Vision for Children
    1. Builds on learnings from Spasht Drashti Phase I to address gaps in children’s eye health
    2. School-based eye screening programme across 250 schools in Vadodara district
    3. Screening of approximately 30,000–35,000 students
    4. Free spectacles provided to children identified with vision impairment
    5. Addressing undiagnosed vision problems that lead to learning difficulties and preventable impairment
  • Access to Clean Sanitation Facility at SSG
    Key Highlights:
    1. Addresses inadequate sanitation through construction of inclusive washrooms (including for persons with disabilities)
    2. Ensures high hygiene standards via regular housekeeping and maintenance
    3. Focuses on OPD toilet units to reduce overcrowding and long queues

    1. Provide access to better Pediatric Healthcare Equipments in 
Local Hospital
    2. Improved Paediatric Patient Care
    3. Upgradation will allow for up to 10 surgeries per day, reducing wait 
times and improving patient care
    4. The upgradation will benefit the local Barodians and tribal children 
from Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan pediatric population by providing

    1. Partnership with National Institute of Open Schooling
    2. Identify drop outs from Vadodara Slums

10th and 12th grade

    5. Support them by paying all their fees including exam fees, books etc

  • Kaushalya Shakti
    Key Highlights:
    1. Provide vocational skills to women that is well aligned with their aspirations in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Retail Store Operations
    2. One month free of cost training course that guarantees job placements
    3. Post-training placement and mentorship support to trainees.

    1. Provide vocational training to 250 youth aligned with current industry requirements in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), General Duty Assistant (GDA) and Two-Wheeler Driving and Delivery Associate.
    2. Equip trainees with relevant technical skills, soft skills and structured placement support.

    Key Highlights:
    1. IIT (Gandhinagar) is considered to be among the top 
10 Technological Institutes in India
    2. A scholarship initiative wherein 121 deserving students were 
supported by Farmson
    3. Students were from BTech, dual-major BTech, and 
dual-degree BTech-MTech programs

  • Samir Kalyanji Vithani Cancer Care Accommodation Centre

    (Residential facility for cancer patients travelling from remote, tribal, and rural regions for Cancer treatment.)

    1. At Ankleshwar will serve as a temporary home for patients and their relatives, providing a safe and free residential space during the course of treatment.
    2. By reducing logistical, financial, and psychosomatic stress, this CSR initiative aims to create a supportive environment that strengthens patients’ healing journeys.

    1. The Village Library Project aims to improve access to books and educational resources in rural areas by establishing community libraries in four villages of Vadodara district.
    2. The initiative promotes reading habits among children, youth, and adults while creating safe and engaging learning spaces to support grassroots education development.
  • Project Udaan

    Empowering Children for a Healthier Tomorrow

    Project Udaan was a school-based cancer awareness initiative designed to empower children to make informed health decisions and adopt preventive behaviours.

    By focusing on early intervention, the program worked to reduce cancer risks in the long run and create healthier communities.

    1. Targeted students from Standards 6–10 across 100 schools in urban and rural Vadodara district
    2. Reached more than 7000 students through interactive awareness sessions held twice a year
    3. Focused on cancer prevention, early warning signs, and tobacco and alcohol risk education
    4. Included dedicated cervical cancer awareness sessions for adolescent girls
    5. Delivered in two phases — sensitization (Jun–Oct 2025) and reinforcement (Nov 2025–Feb 2026)
    6. Promoted healthy lifestyle choices and built a culture of preventive health in communities
